Crashing this website and choosing to rebuild it from scratch was the smartest decision I could have made. Granted, I was stunned for several minutes as I stared at the screen through tear-filled eyes. The end result is that I not only have an up-to-date site that is easier for me to manage and update, but I had the opportunity to really look at what I’ve done and what I would like to do.
For almost 30 years I’ve been in the trenches working with organizations on management issues, expansion and organizational restructures, board development, policy development, grant writing, fundraising, and the list goes on. For almost 30 years I’ve been consulting, coaching, training, speaking, writing, designing, and building capacity one nonprofit at a time.
My goal is to share all of that experience with you, here, on this website. Fill out the form in the sidebar and share with me what you would like to know more about. Follow me on Twitter, let’s connect on LinkedIn, like my Facebook page, and, of course, be sure to keep coming back for more updates, tips, and tools.
Hello G,
I really like your transparency and humbleness about your situation. You are a leader! That’s one thing about being a business owner. Mistakes will be made during your journey and the upside is that you will learn from those mistakes to create a better situation. I look forward to watching you turn your business into one of your achievable dreams.
To Your Success,
Stacie Walker

P.S. I liked your FB page today:)
Absolutely, Stacie. And thank you for following my journey and sharing your experiences, too.
